- Permits, utilities and safetyWe handle the city permits and the SCAQMD paperwork, shut off utilities and secure the site before anything comes down.
- Bring it downThe structure comes down in order, with water spray keeping the dust down the whole time.
- Recycle, haul and clearConcrete, metal and wood are separated and up to 80% of the debris is recycled. The rest is hauled off and the lot is cleared, ready for what comes next.

Down fast. Left clean.
They were well versed with submission requirements to SCAQMD and the permitting process. I had a two story wood framed structure on a concrete slab that I needed removed quickly. Charlie and his crew finished the job quickly and left the work site looking like there was never a structure where one once stood.
Hands down the best. After calling multiple demo contractors they were the only ones who answered their phone. And I am glad they did because from start to finish they were amazing and professional. They got my project done so quick and kept me in the loop the whole time.
